The importance of personal experience

Floods in our region are getting worse and happening more often. But some decision makers don’t realize how these floods have hurt people and changed our lives forever. The Driftless Writing Center’s “Stories from the Flood” project partnered with libraries and other area institutions to help people affected by the floods record and share their stories.
